Absolutely loved my time at Heaven & will absolutely love my time there in the future! Sarah May is amazing, as well as everyone there being very professional as well as very personable. The website & online booking was a breeze and after going to multiple salons in the Keene area for years I have finally found the one worth sticking with!

I went in to Heaven Hair salon to get my hair dyed and cut with Brandon. He was very nice and so was everyone in the salon. The place had a great atmosphere. I enjoyed being there, so it’s a shame that I won’t be returning. My hair didn’t turn out how I wanted at all. The color isn’t even close to what I asked for and he rushed through cutting my hair. I felt like I was pushed out of the chair fast in order to get to a client that seemed more important than me. After my facial I came out to let Brandon see the how it turned out and I could tell that he knew he messed up but didn’t offer any advice or comments. I ended up contacted the salon a couple days later to get it fixed because I felt very disappointed. They offered for me to come in and get it fixed for free. I was running late to my second appointment so I called to tell the salon that I would be 30 minutes late & that I could cancel if it’s inconvenient. I planned on tipping Brandon for his time. They told me to come in and it would work out fine... only to get a call back 40 minutes into my drive telling me that we couldn’t do it today. I’m extremely disappointed with the whole experience and I won’t be returning. I’ve spent a lot of money here so I’m upset that it’s ending in this way. Don’t get your hair done here unless you want to pay $200 for something mediocre. I don’t usually go out of my way for a review but this is my hair. I have to live with this.

Really nice place and staff. Sarah was really thoughtful and compressive, she made me feel good and secure about what I was getting done on my hair! Looking forward for my next appointment.

All I can say is WOW! I have been a happy customer of Heaven Hair Gallery Salon for several years now, and I am never disappointed. I typically see Anjalee, but I have also had good experiences with just about everyone in the salon! Most recently I tried a facial with Breanna and I felt truly pampered. Honestly, I spent years getting my hair cut at whichever salon franchise sent me a coupon in the mail, but I was never in love with the results. I have found that you absolutely get what you pay for, and the team at Heaven Hair Gallery Salon is absolutely worth every penny!
