Kickboxing Keene is an awesome workout for all ages! I hate to exercise but Kerry makes the classes fun, interesting, active and diverse. Everyone in class is nice and friendly and no one judges - which is what I hate about gyms! If you have been hesitant about taking a kickboxing class, you need to try it - you will love it!
I can't speak highly enough of this place! Fun, welcoming, supportive, and an AWESOME/killer workout. I went in as a newbie to kick boxing, so I was nervous at first, but Kerry put me right at ease and I caught on within the first couple weeks. Now I'm addicted. I would recommend this place to anyone -- no matter their prior experience or fitness level.
This is a great workout and a fun group of people! The owner/instructor is a powerhouse and keeps us on our toes!
I love working out at Kickboxing Keene! The instructors are supportive, motivating and the perfect combination of focused & fun. I appreciate that the classes are always something different and you never know what to expect! The environment is very welcoming to all levels of fitness.
It's a great, unique workout every time you go! The teachers are so helpful and motivating, and you can really personalize each class to however intense you want it to be.
