Ted’s has very loyal customers in my and my family. I took my mother there yesterday in search of some new comfortable shoes to help with her neuropathy. She has a very hard time finding shoes that are comfortable, and her nerve endings cause her to not be able to wear socks at all. Not only did we have personal attention (as usual), but Ted himself stepped in toward the end and really sat down and talked with my mom about her issues. In the end, she found a pair of shoes that worked for her and we had some really great conversation! We’ve been loyal customers for a while, but this experience was above and beyond their normal incredible customer service. As another small business owner, this means the world to me. Thanks, Ted.

This is a very great store The only reason I give it 4 stars is simply because I can't afford a lot of the merchandise but I can promise you it's really high quality and the people who work there very passionate about sports and other physical activities.

Very knowledgeable staff and exceptional service. I went in to get some inserts for my boots and Ted took the time to discuss the issues I was having and try several products until we got the right fit. There is a night and day difference in how comfortable my shoes are now.
