Clay's staff or owner not sure are Germ-O-Phobes. People cannot order anyone to wear masks, woman was a thin demeaning woman as though a healthy person saying no to a mask was the problem. She mistreats her customers & lost our business, we are not going back.

Shopping at Clay's in Keene was a very comfortable experience. The store clerk seemed to know the right amount of attention to give me, not hovering but always available to answer a question or help me find items I was shopping for in the colors I wanted. She was friendly without being too personal. I will definitely be back due to the service, and also the tremendous selection of beautiful clothes!
