Perfect dealership! My family has been going to them for over 10yrs. The owner is an absolutely amazing guy, very understanding & very kind. They don't pressure you to buy a car while you're here like most salesman do, instead they merely suggest what they think is best for you. If you say no, they accept that & move on. Please, check this place out if you need a new car, you will not be disappointed.
Walier Chevrolet is always very prompt, respectful and knowledgeable of their services. They do not try to have me complete services I do not need or make me spend extra money that isn't necessary. I love Walier's and would recommend them to anyone! :)
Awful. We made an appointment to test drive used truck. Drove an hour to get to Keene, and even showed up a little early for our appointment. We see they have the truck out and someone else is getting in it for a test drive! They tell us to wait in the waiting area. An hour later we go to leave, they convince us the lady probably won't get financing so we wait more. We literally have our check book ready to write a full 25k check!! Then Tom comes back and says looks like she's trying with a co signer, but I don't think she'll get it. We'll call you Monday. Monday we hear nothing. My husband calls and we are told Tom will call us back. We NEVER hear back. That was Monday. Wednesday we go to a different dealership, easy to deal with and walk out the door with a better deal and no bull. So disappointed with the time we wasted at Walier. They missed out on an easy cash deal.
Love this dealership. Just bought one used and one new. If old fashioned personal service is what you want go to Walier Chevrolet
Service team was amazing! Everyone was adhering to local safety guidelines and so friendly as usual! Wouldn’t think twice about going in for anything even during these difficult times!
