I had a unit aka 603 for years and everything was destroyed by different rodents. The roofing metal walls between the units (at the end near water)has 10-12inch holes between those units, I'm sure others aren't happy either. I blocked it with a picture and something chewed thru that too. We threw alot of stuff away.

It was easy as 1-2-3 to reserve a unit by phone and an email (for verification).nIn order to ensure that a unit is right for you they will ask a few questions about the size and type of your intended items then give you options to best suit your needs without trying to up sell you. I estimated my needs before making arrangements and their estimate matched mine. It was about the same as reserving hotel accommodations.

The rental process was quick, easy and completely contactless. Everything was done over the phone which was very helpful. I haven't accessed the unit yet, but I do not anticipate there will be any issues. And they are conveniently located!!

Very nice and clean place

Looked like a quality place when I drove past it. Not sure why Google thinks I went there. I'll give them 5 stars anyway.
