Now a Walgreens! I asked Google to update. Store was nice -- typical Walgreens. Nice staff.
Not sure what's going on. Big turnover in employees!? When I call my medicines in they more than not do not get filled until I come in. I dropped one off in person yesterday and came back in the afternoon the next day and it still had not been filled. The girl that waited on me seemed to be in a non cheerful mood. I get treated nice when my regular counter people are working.. wish things would turn around.
The folks who work the counter are great. I do find a lack of some items I buy. The storage containers in the parking lot need to go as they are a hazard. I also find the pharmacy acting like they are doing me a favor. Soon to be Walgreens so we'll see what happens.
I dont know what happened here. I used to swear by this pharmacy but since the girls are gone that knew what they where doing it is impossible. My sons Doctor sent a script at 10am and it still was not ready by 3:30. I was told it would be another hour and a half!
I love the store but the pharmacist and technicians are VERY RUDE & seem to always be put out by any issue I may have. My husband and I have both had issues with the pharmacist there so we drive 35 miles to Rite-Aid in Rochester, just to avoid going there I'm confident other people have had issues with him
