BUYER BEWARE!!! Unfortunately we have to resort to giving a review since they are avoiding returning our phone calls. But, what a great way to make sure future potential clients know about our situation so they can make an educated decision if reading this first. We purchased a vehicle 10/2020 from Midtown and learned that it had been in an accident! To start off, we noticed when driving it during high wind conditions on the interstate that it swayed back and forth, which isn't something you would necessarily notice when doing a test drive in town. My husband is a handy guy and discovered the air shocks were bad. Apparently this is common in this year and model of a vehicle. Thankfully he figured out a way to convert to regular shocks which was a huge cost savings vs replacing air shocks, but still several hundred $. Additionally, the rear axle is bent, and this was discovered after learning the rear tires kept going flat, so we got new sensors, tires, and wheels (that's another story), and then took it to get an alignment when they told us they couldn't do the alignment because the control arm was badly damaged. The Mechanic replaced the control arm and then completed the alignment. It was during this time that they noticed the rear axle is bent. Not enough space to tell you everything, but I highly recommend never buying a vehicle from this company knowing that they either didn't do their homework with the vehicle we bought or they are straight up shady. So disappointed and sad, especially right before Christmas when we had to spend a bunch of $ just to get the vehicle safe to drive.
