We like KFC
I lived here for a year in a mobile home I purchased. The location was quiet and the neighbors wonderful. The management was quick to fix things and keep the overall grounds clean and safe. Red Cedar paid water and garbage and at the the time 2015 to 2016 lot rent was $260.00 a month.
I was constantly harrassed by the manager. Called names and such. I have medical issues and have had issues with upkeep lately. I don't recommend living here.
