Very long wait in the store while they made anFew large door dash orders in front of us. Employee kept touching his face with gloved hands while making orders and made extremely messy tacos that were barely edible. Charged $14 for 4 tacos seasoned with forehead grease. Will not be returning.

Stopped in for the first time at this location on Saturday Jan 23. The tables were appropriately marked for availability, but the available tables were ALL dirty. We asked for a cleanup and received one, but that's the only table we saw get cleaned the whole time we were there. I'd think if that's not a concern in general at a restaurant, then at least with the pandemic more attention would be given to ensuring cleanliness. Staff were very nice.

I've gone there three times for the cauliflower mash and they were out of it every time. Last night they were out of the cauliflower, chicken, and tortilla chips, and it was only around 6:00. They literally had nothing I went there for. The cashier moved very slowly like he didn't care that people were waiting in line for 1/2 hour. I had to order something I didn't really want because they were out of everything and we waited too long to just leave. After they fixed my food, they had no containers to put it in and it sat on the counter for about 5 minutes while the cashier strolled around looking for containers and finally went to the back to get more. Then I had to ask them to wipe off the cheese that was dripping down the side of my queso container. The food was cold before we even left the restaurant. The last time we were there, it was about 7:15 and they were already putting food away and taking the line apart to clean everything even though they don't close until 8. They had to get food back out and acted like we were an inconvenience, didn't speak to us, looked impatient, and just made it clear that they didn't want to be bothered. This place has really gone downhill. They stopped carrying some ingredients I always got, like bbq sauce and cilantro. They used to have a good staff. I don't know what happened.

So what place turns away a call in order for food to tell me that I have to go ONLINE to order. The food turned out good (got taco salads) but the online app not user friendly. Did end up going in and walking thru the line to order and carry out during a moderate busy time. But sorry the one star was for customer service that would turn away an order.
