Food is good, popular enough that there is a good wait time for food

Fast and convenient! Tasted great too. The only issue I could see would be there drive through being to narrow for trucks, trailers or campers to get through. It would definitely be hard to navigate through.

We didn't get what we ordered we had to order thee times at the drive through we went to the window and told the girl our order and she even repeated it back to us. We ordered a half pound roast beef and a classic beef and cheader on a regular bun with a shake and potato cakes. We received a beef in chedar on the onion bun curly fries and a Jr sized roast beef sandwich

Usually love Arbys. They were either very understaffed because of the length of time it took to place an order (let alone pay & receive). Thankfully, the food was piping hot. Unfortunately, my philly (which i requested bacon added and didn't receive) was absolutely drenched in grease. Granted. Yes. This is fast food and this is usually anticipated. But not to this extent. It was as if someone dipped my entire sandwich into a grease fryer and tossed it in the box (which almost literally fell apart due to also being soaked). My wife's wrap almost completely fell apart and she said the turkey/chicken was super rubbery and hard to chew. Definitely feels like this experience is isolated to this specific location as we never have issues with them in Sioux Falls.
