On the positive side, we had pleasant and speedy service. We both ordered Greek salads with grilled chicken, and they were fine. Tasty but not anything special. They decor is. . . how should I say it? Nondescript, perhaps. But we found the selection of non-chain restaurants in North Platte to be pretty slim, and we were grateful to find Luigi's.nnP. S. Neither of us ordered pasta but we heard from another traveler that Luigi's traditional Italian-style pasta dishes are good.

The best place to get Italian food between Lincoln and Denver.nnThe food is great, the staff is good, and don't be scared to try something on the menu that isn't the regular thing you normally order, you will be pleasantly pleased with what you get presented with.nnHave no idea who the owners are, know absolutely nobody at the restaurant, and the owners don't know me, but the food is worth going there for.nnWithout question, one of the top places to eat in North Platte.
No one on staff was wearing a mask and there was no social distancing happening at all. Completely irresponsible.
