I have been following piper & scoot for a while, but haven't bought much because shipping is expensive and sometimes cross border shopping can be a pain. I decided during their last sale to grab one of their Casa dresses because they just look so comfy, and sure enough there were shipping issues on my end. However, the Piper & Scoot team was nothing but kind and professional and patient. Through a string of 40+ emails they worked with me as I worked with the local post office and we came to a solution no problem. I'm SO happy with this dress. I ordered a size up (normally a L/XL these days, ordered XXL) because I wanted it to be more loose and causal fitting, and I love it! It's so comfortable and the color is gorgeous. So happy I decided to shop the sale. Thank-you Piper & Scoot, and a special thanks to the Customer Service team! You guys are awesome!

Very cute store! Super stylish, lots of options for younger and older. The store owner is such a doll. Employees are all super nice too. Clean and organized as well.

Love this cute boutique! Their prices are very reasonable and I love the variety of apparel they carry. The customer service is also phenomenal. If you’re concerned about how things will fit or buying online, the owner does weekly try-on videos on Instagram. They also have a Facebook page you can go to to ask questions and share concerns about how to wash or wear product. The owners are also very inclusive of all races and body types and make an effort to make sure that all kinds of people are represented in their marketing and as their models. No matter what you look like or what size you are, there is a place for you here! Love love love this place!

Piper and Scoot is such a wonderful company!! I was placing an order online, and after having some complications with the checkout, Lindsey was able to help resolve the issues through the chat feature. She was so understanding and went above and beyond to help resolve the problem. I love how personable Piper and Scoot is with all their customers and appreciate the small details they"re aware of to make everyones experience a 10/10

I bought the prism dress because I had been looking for a week for a very specific type of dress that I wanted for an upcoming vacation. Took the chance buying a final sale item from a place I've never bought from before. The dress came quick and when I tried it on I literally picked up my phone and ordered the exact same dress and another one similar to it. That dress is SO soft and it's so nice to find a dress that's actually knee length as I'm a tall woman. Will be buying from then again!
