Five stars just doesn’t say enough for this Lawfirm. I am extremely happy with the outcome of my case. I was represented by Ms. Daisy Chaparro in the matter of sexual harassment in the work place by the owner of a company. Daisy was sure to make things as right as she possibly could, she was resourceful and very informative stayed in contact and also handled my case very professionally. She handled my case as if she was me which made me feel comfortable and at ease she took over and reassured me when I had any doubts. She was the intelligent, articulate voice backing my case. After getting the run-a-round by other area law offices we contacted Flores Tawney & Acosta. Our initial contact was with Nick (legal assistant, Las Cruces office) who immediately made us feel at easy and that hope was not abandoned. We then met James Tawney. In spite of his busy schedule he gave honestly and freely of his time and said he would represent us. Although a very busy and professional attorney, Mr. Tawney always acted as a concerned friend in our best interest. Due to all of the normal legal intricacies our case did take some time (so don't expect immediate results from any attorney, because there are often many steps to the legal process). However, the end did justify the means, and Mr. Tawney was able to bring our case to a happy ending. The moral of the story is: If you are looking for an attorney call James Tawney, he is an honest good man who is also a very professional first class attorney.
