I'm thankful my company has privilege for drop n hook. Docks are very tight to get into, but other than that this is a great place. Very nice, friendly and helpful staff, clean facility inside and out.
Always unloaded in a very timely manner, usually before appointment time, truck parking less than a mile away at BP
Had an awesome experience getting loaded here. I got loaded from LaLa which the gentleman behind the counter was super friendly, was loaded and out in 45 minutes which was awesome.nnThe lady at the cold storage desk was not very friendly and seemed bothered that I was at the counter. Very grateful that I was sent down the hall to LaLa :)nnDocks are a little tight with the wall in front, parking on the side isn't too terrible if no trucks are in door 1 or 2.nnI was in door 2 and with no truck in door 1 it was easy to back into
Loaded there yesterday. New computer system that doesn't work! Only to 2hrs to check in. 4 hrs past appointment to load 1pallet. Also there could have been people helping the 1 perso that was working the check in window. Eveyone left her there by herself with no help when it was time for them to go home. BAD PLACE WENT EVEN WORSE!!!!!!
