i definitely WOULD NOT take your clothes, & shoes here. i brought in 7 pairs of shoes, all either vans, nike, or converse. in great condition! seriously i only wore them once they were all perfect! they took my bin to look through and offered me $31 for 7 pairs of shoes, AND i had 2 tommy hilfiger jackets, 1 forever 21 sweater, & one RVCA jacket. This place is a rip off, i've never been here before & thought i'd try it out, because i was cleaning out my closet & thought i should maybe get some money for what i don't want anymore, but i would rather sell my things online then work with them again. The girls working weren't very friendly nor kind, i couldn't hear, or understand what the girl was saying & asked her to repeat herself & she seemed frustrated that i asked. i will never come here again, to try and sell, OR, even try & purchase clothes. in the 10 min I spent looking some of their stuff had holes, stains or were definitely not “gently used”. Save your time and sell somewhere else.

The girls stayed late just to help. They made us feel comfortable with it that pressure of hurrying us up to leave. Thank you. We are sorry for keeping you a little past but because so is worth driving up from orem for our repeat business. Great customer service and attitudes. Great management at this location

My experience was terrible! I was looking at clothes and misplaced my keys. I went to the counter and asked the One of MANY GIRLS working there if they could look at a survailence camera so I could find my keys. The girl told me ( all the other girls just starred at me) that the manager would have to do that and she was busy in an interview. I continued to look for my keys and after a little bit I asked if the manager was still in doing an interview. The girl then told me she left because she had to go and that it would have taken hours to go through the footage. I couldn't believe it!!! My phone was in my car and I'm from North Dakota stranded at that store and NO ONE WOULD HELP ME FIND MY KEYS!!! I asked to use a phone, asked if they could find me a number and they gave me two phones, one wouldn't call out and the other no long distance. I asked if they could search some places for me on their phones as again mine was locked in my car...Nope. I again asked can someone help me find my keys. Mind you there were several girls working there. As the others continued to stare one girl said to me she needed to keep folding clothes and do her job and then maybe she could help. I couldn't believe what I just heard!!!! I LITTERITLY HAD TO CALL 911 JUST TO GET A TOW SERVICE!!!!! I then was going to look while I waited for the tow as I had been in the store for a very long time searching over and over and over!! ONE GIRL WALKED UP AND SAID, I WILL HELP YOU FIND YOUR KEYS!!!! SHE was so sweet and it took her like 5 minutes and she had found my keys!!!! ONE GIRL OUT OF ALL THE OTHERS AND A MANAGER GAVE ME 5 MINUTES OF HER TIME!!!! Bless her heart!!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THAT PLACE NOR WILL MY FAMILY WHOM LIVES HERE EVER GO THERE!! Those employees and that manager had no compassion and no customer service!!!! I would never treat someone they way they treated me!!! That one girl had a heart and compassion as I had no phone no keys no nothing, I even broke my zipper on my wallet and asked that girl for a scissors just so I could cut my wallet open, I gave her a 100.00 Bill and I wished her the best in her future endeavors!!!

Lots of great selection, quite crowded on Saturdays in the morning. Not known for accepting too much clothing so be selective when bringing in items to sell.

I love it there, they have really good quality cloths for very cheap and is defenetly my go to store for clothes =)
