I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars at this store and never had a problem....intil now. A couple of weeks ago I shopped several different times for a big celebration. After the party I found a bag of decorations I hadn't used, but no receipt, but still in a Zurchers bag. I went in last night to return it, I did not expect my money back but thought I'd get a store credit. But I was told no receipt no return. I asked if they could locate it with my credit card and told no as well. This was not posted ANYWHERE at the registers. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told "She'll just tell you the same thing" Sadly I'll donate these decorations to someone else turning 70. And I won't be shopping there again.
Purchased a balloon order(with helium and hifloat) for my wife's birthday and they didn't even last 24 hours. The manager told me to come by and they'd replace them. I went back and not only did they replace them, I was given a full refund. Very impressed with their customer service and Inwill most definitely keep coming back.
This place is Huge, Great stuff, Lots of items, Even a whole 2-4 Isles of just Halloween items.

Very clean place, and some great deals also, I was helped by lulu she is a great person.
One of my happy places! Best party decorations for every age group. Love their balloon bouquets and their birthday decorations.
