Placed my first order of a jacket and hat with Duluth Trading Company this week and I'm really impressed with both their merchandise and customer service. The items are perfect. Also I had to call customer service with a question and I immediately got a live real genuine person who was super nice and helpful. In addition they have a physical store nearby, which would make it easer if I had to return or exchange something if necessary. I'm totally pleased with Duluth. I'll definitely throw more business their way.
Nice Sport's gear but very pricey
Been ordering their clothes online for a few years. Great work clothes. Flexible, breathable, durable, and lots of pockets. Great every day clothes, very comfortable. I'm a bigger guy, it's nice being able to shop in a store and know that most everything not only comes in my size, but is correctly proportioned, unlike a lot of big and tall stuff. Great having a store to go into. I somehow end up stopping by every time we are through the area. My wife says I light up when I go in there. The place is always clean. Employees are very friendly and helpful. I can almost always find something I want in the clearance isle. Slowly my entire regular wardrobe is being converted to Duluth.
Love the Duluth! Love their product. The store itself is pretty big, huge variety of work and play clothes. Always getting coupons for them in the mail (sign up on Duluth trading.com) and it makes the shopping experience that much more exciting. Like this place a little better than the carhart store.
I love this place. I need to talk to corporate about how much I resemble the buck naked guy. :) seriously durable, comfortable work clothes. I have a pair of firehose pants that have lasted though some demanding, rough projects but are super comfortable. They have regular sales and bargains. Staff is awesomely friendly.
