I made a special trip out to this store on Saturday 11/14/20. It said it was open by 10am on Google, but when I arrived it was closed - no lights on, doors locked tight. I saw other shoppers pulling at the door, one with a return bag in hand. I needed to buy an extreme cold weather coat for my son who walks everywhere and I finally had time to run and get it. I give two stars instead of one because I have been served well in the past by the staff at this store, and I wonder if too many employees were sick to open that day. Whatever the reason, note to manager - please update Google with "Closed" if the store has to be closed, and please place a sign with explanation on the door at the location if you can, or ask Hot Topic to do it for you if you're not well. It was very disappointing to run into this surprise. I tried calling headquarters to see if the closure is permanent or temporary and was put on hold for over 20 minutes. My advice to customers - call before you go and make sure the store is actually open first.
Won’t let you try clothes on before you purchase them. Came to get hiking pants. Now heading to Cabelas instead.
We love this place. We have a tradition of going there after our anniversary trip each year and we always find something great to wear. I was pleased that the employee who was folding clothes saw the line and came up to check customers out. A good experience.
My card was declined and we called the number on the card. They said we had money on the card. Pam the manager was not helpeful she wouldnt call a higher up
