My daughter and I were involved in a terrible/scary car accident that was a hit and run in El Paso, TX. My car was completely totaled. Even though my case dealt with a medical incident encountered while working overseas and a very long shot at a favorable settlement, Attorney Paul Tellez was able to successfully win the case against a large DoD contractor. Paul was meticulous in his research to correlate the incident with other similar but distant cases since this was not a physical injury or typical workman’s compensation claim. Paul was able to piece all the data in order to assemble the final “puzzle” and successfully settle the case. Paul took the time to explain clearly and thoroughly each step of the way to allow for sound decisions. The staff ensured I was kept appraised of the schedule and I could always count on their solid and timely communications. Paul and the whole staff were a pleasure to work with.
