My car broke down on the way to Lincoln and they couldn’t fix it that day which is fine. They said they would look at it in 3 days. It sat for two weeks before they looked at it and told my father my cylinder was shot. So I was in the process of looking for a new car. My father got it towed back home and decided to take it to our local auto shop to get it checked once more Time before they took it to the salvage yard. The only thing that was wrong with it that needed fixed was the spark plugs and coils! I just can’t believe the terrible experience I had! I will never go back for anything and so glad my father decided to give our local auto shop one more time to look at it! Money does not grow on trees!

Its no wonder this place is failing talk rude to customers because of ignorance. I have 5 vehicles but hey guess you don't want business. No worries i see you are unable to fix vehicles if a computer doesn't tell you how. Can't even change oil crazy.

City dealerships are out to extract as much $ as they can from customers, and service there is frequently questionable or poorly done. In contrast, the team in Cambridge has always done the job right for me, and at a significantly lower cost than city dealerships. I'd recommend going to BJ Automotive for consistent quality service, based on my experiences with them over the last couple of decades.
