Absolutely the best burrito I have had in a very long long time!! If you are traveling through Lexington or driving by on I-80, take 10 minutes & stop by this restaurant! You will not be disappointed! I only wish more restaurants served it up like this place does!! Fantastic food & good prices! I also only wish that I had tipped more! AUTHENTIC food and that chicken gordita was amazing!! Service was impeccable, staff was friendly and accommodating. Very home style atmosphere, like what a good lunch counter/room used to be. Not a vast menu but lots of combos and local favorites to choose from. Burritos like footballs, great looking street size tacos, fresh salsa.....pretty sure anything would be delicious and I'm going to try my best to taste it all. Can't beat the low prices for the amount and quality of the food. Worth the trip, to be sure!

What a gem. Lexington, NE is definitely off the beaten path but if you find yourself in town, you’ve got to stop in. I went with their recommendation of the burrito and it did not disappoint. Burritos in Denver are a dime a dozen and not one has been as good as the one I had at Roos. Get you some.
