Fantastic service, even in the middle of the night. I am disabled and have an extremely difficult time getting around. LaVar immediately saw my needs and went above and beyond to assist me. He was courteous and professional, and most of all he was incredibly kind. A+!

Both ladies working were rude. My wife informed them that the sprite was out of service, they said they really didn't want to change it out, then asked my teenager to change it for them and invited him to the back and proceeded to have him change it just so we can have Sprite. Every Sunday afternoon, we have the worst customer service. Not this store but at another close by, I've bitten into a taquito and tasted dirt and noticed it was moldy. When confronted was told that box was left out of the fridge too long. I got sick and I complained to the manager and was only offered a replacement and that excuse. 7-11 employees have no respect for the customers and don't care about their job. Seems to me that the company doesn't take care of their employees enough for the employees care about their jobs. I have filed many complaints about this specific store about the rudeness, laziness, and disrespect from the workers, with no recourse.

My family and I live really close to this 7 eleven. It’s the closest gas station to our house. We were grilling steaks and ran out of propane. My dad and I drove down to 7 eleven real quick to do a propane exchange. We walk in and ask the employee at the counter for a propane exchange. All she says to us is “I don’t have the key”. She said it rudely. There was another employee in the back and she made no effort to ask the other employee and she made no effort to find it. We could tell she just didn’t want to do it. I hate unhelpful people. She was so dang rude and helpless and she seemed so stupid. It took us 40 minutes to exchange our propane somewhere else while our steaks sat on our grill at home. If that stupid employee would of just made an effort and ask the other employee it would of taken us 5 minutes since it’s close to our house. She was just awful. Not helpful or nice whatsoever.
