I will never go to Jimmy John's again here in Fremont N.E. because they don't give you what you order and they never put enough meat or tuna on the sandwich or sub. You call them and they tell you have to specialize everything but when you order either on the phone or at the store you still have the same issues. Do Not Go There Please !!!!@

Over an hour wait is NOT FREAKY FAST! They sounded happy when I said no thanks? Good service and food are hard to find anymore. Nobody takes pride in what they do anymore. It’s all about what they can get away with NOT doing. Americans have gotten sad!

Every single time I've visited in the past 6 months I've been SO incredibly frustrated by their poor customer service. I love the sandwiches, but the employees have been bad enough that they've lost my business.

Forget bacon on 4 sandwiches and husband ask for a lil extra sauce on his and the drown it and the 2 guys making the sandwiches had attitudes and knew exactly what they were doing cause they kept look back at me in the drive thru to see if I was paying attention
