Very unprofessional and unfair. Stylists select customers based on past notes and tip amount.nnHad a horrible experience yesterday. I checked in online and selected Andrea as my stylist. I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled time and checked in. So they knew I was there. Waited for my time to come and when it did another guy walked in and Andrea called him first and the screen showed extra 30 minutes wait while I was sitting right there. I'm sure Andrea/someone else looked at past notes and then selected the person to call. Additionally I did not get a haircut from Andrea and some other stylist called me. She did not ask for any direction and quickly cut my hair short and never asked for any feedback. Poor customer service and totally unprofessional. Not sure why they charge such high price. Not sure if I will be back here again.

Amazing design on the inside with tv's, posters, and much more! When you walk in you really feel like your in a sports-themed place.
Jennifer is the best! Not only does she do a great job, she's also fun to talk to!
Can't go wrong with sports and great service from the stylists.
