I am not happy with the fact that I have to do my own leg work. I was told by peter to ignore rent and my car payment and leave my kids and wife high and dry instead of him talking to the courts about a video arraignment for my case or even trying to get a waiver of arraignment. On top of it all, I had to call them to find out they knew about a court date for me for almost two weeks and did not reach out to me when they got it. Looking at the paper work they had to endorse it. I am not happy! I am filing a complaint with the contract board for new mexico and trying to get them off my case.
