Went with a friend of mine for a tux fitting and the worker was very nice and talkative. The store was well lit and decently decorated and they had quite a few outfits and accessories on display. Prices were reasonable for tux rental services.

I asked for a bow tie and I got a tie! Not happy at all!..considering I live 1 hr 45min away! Also, they failed to call the primary contact number. I was told they left a voice mail. However, the number they called doesn't even have a voice mail box set up... I had to call them the day before prom. I trusted they'd have everything I paid for! I didn't doubt they'd fail to please customers. Now I have to go look for a bow tie tomorrow!
