Let's face it... it is not fun buying a car and several hours of your life is completely wasted. However, this was not the case when I purchased my 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe. Our salesperson (Dominic or Dom) was fabulous. He got us and out in a few hours. It would have been less time had my husband not been stubborn initially! The entire experience was great and I will definitely return to this dealership the next time I purchase a car. Don't bother with shopping around and just go to Vern Eide! You won't regret it!

Very happy with the outcome of service by Sam and his team. My vehicle needed a new engine and Vern Eide spent a month going back and forth with Hyundai to get it covered under warranty. Not realizing how long the process would take, I asked for a loaner car after a couple weeks. They were very accommodating and gave me a 2020 Accord. Now, my 2013 Sonata should last another 7-10 years!

Service department not good for Hyundai Owners. Lacking in communication and ability to diagnose simple issues. Only 1 technician to work on all Hyundai vehicles also makes it slow.
