Billion Auto - Buick GMC Cadillac in Sioux City

If possible I would have given them no stars. I have never “worked” with a car dealership with this lack of customer service. I won’t bore you with all the messy details. I just want to warn you that your time and money will be appreciated elsewhere.

Great sales staff poor management. Bought a truck and with in 100 miles truck lost all oil pressure. Traded it in at another billion dealership but wont help cover the 5000 dollar loss i took in 24 hours of owning the truck

Very nice clean new facility nice cars assume it's a great place to shop but I've never bought a car from there or truck sometimes they've got large lifted trucks modified sitting out on the lot, They look pretty cool

Yeah definitely not pleased. Took it in for what I thought was a burned out bulb and 2 hours later i get it home and it still doesnt work

Never again will I do any sort of business with them! They damaged my car while it was there and when I notified them right away they refused to even document the damage! 2 months later they FINALLY decided to look at the damage after I called a lawyer! Took it in today and they seriously expect me to pay for the damage! They were willing to pay half which leaves me still paying $250! ABSOLUTELY NOT!! they admitted it happened there too! The absolute WORST people to deal with!!
