Brett helped me every step of the way! When I felt defeated and wanted to give up, he encouraged me to stay strong. Even though the other side’s lawyers questioned me, I had nothing to fear. They could ask me the same questions as many times as they wanted. The truth always prevails. With Brett by my side, I knew we would win the case and settle for a fair amount.

I was referred to Gerry Bosch but got Brett instead. I should’ve insisted on who I was referred to. He wasn’t good at returning calls. In the beginning he sent me a bunch of different figures he was going to shoot for and to be honest I don’t think he ever submitted any of those figures. The case is over and I got no future medical coverage and pennies, while my MRI shows 2 significant tears in my shoulder. He definitely did not have my best interest in mind. I wanted to switch lawyers but I was so strapped for cash on the brink of losing everything that I felt forced to settle. I would never recommend this “firm” to anyone. Well I would but it would be to run fast.
