CVS Employee messed up my reload card transaction adding $100 extra to the amount I wanted to add. The manager wanted to take my card to the ATM to withdraw money after I told her my card isn't meant for that even though several occasions I told her how my card works. She didn't want me to leave so she kept my card with her while walking around the store. She almost made a $100 transaction I had to start yelling. She then proceeded to let me go over what the transaction was and why she was doing it. This was during Thanksgiving Day. I don't want to go back to that store ever again. I was so embarrassed and I did my best to keep calm, but when they saw that they believed they can say and do whatever to fix their mistake. I had to start yelling at them for them to make the realize I'm not going to allow them to do whatever they want with my card. Don't Go to this Location. EVER!!

Scheduled a COVID-19 test here. Bicycled up to the window only to be turned down. Suggested I order an Uber and drive thru. So they want me to possibly infect a driver as well as their passengers ? Incredibly inconsiderate and prejudice . The Corp office has been notified about this location and Corp says they do not have a policy starting you just be in a vehicle . Shameful . Will never use this store again.

You have an older woman that likes to harass me everytime I come and buy things. She says I'm up to no good she is middle aged shorter with glasses and she gives me a hard time every single time she checks me out. I pay every time I have a full time job and go to school for an intern ship. I never once stole from cvs. You guys need somebody friendly at the head of management. Not some old lady that likes to harass the young residents of the neighborhood who have been here for years. Dont think her actions will go unheard of.

I scheduled a COVID test here but wasn't allowed to have one because I walked over. They suggested I call an Uber and drive through. Pathetic.

We waited for an hour for our COVID-19 test which we had an appointment for at 12:40. After we finally got to the window, 70 minutes after our appointment time. They told us to come back in an hour. They didn't even think to give people a warning beforehand that they were going on break. Overall, wasted 15 mins driving there and 15 mins back, plus the 70 mins. Do not recommend. They stated they had consistent troubles with peoples insurance.
