Margaret and her staff were incredible through a terrible and confusing situation. They treated me like a human being and were empathetic to my fear and frustration. They were respectful of my wants and needs and were completely straightforward and clear about my options and what it would take to get the best possible results. They maintained consistent and open communication and answered all of my questions to the fullest, no matter how small and seemingly silly.
