I hired David about maybe 6 or 7 years ago to help with an old workmanscomp case, and a newer one....And he was everything I expected..He listened, and gave me feedback, explained everything in terms I understood...and got me what I needed as far s another surgery.. and took care of the second claim....Thank you David you are the Best. I don't know what I would of done without your expertise, your patients, thoughtfulness, and just plain Awesome...I would recommend you to anybody who needs a Fantastic Attorney..I just wish I would of had him back in 1983..Thanks again David..

I was very blessed to have found David H. Bailly. He listened to all my issues and addressed all the legal challenges that can cause stress. David arranged for a qualified rehabilitation representative who attended major doctor appointments . He also was the go between with the human resources department .. I must say David was very wonderful and entertaining.
