Got my record Expunged.... thanks for not earning the money i paid you Martin!!!!! He was less than helpful.For example, I asked him to get video from a road camera and he did not even know how to get it.. I found out how and told him. I did not know how the court system worked and unfortunately put all my trust in him. Now I am cleaning up my record myself to get expunged what was a misunderstanding. I would not recommend him. He also charged me for someone who was charged with a felony when that was not the case. At the end of the case when I asked for my file he told me to write a letter on what a good job he did before he gave them to me. Has he asked anyone else to do this? He returns calls in a timely manner and makes you feel like he is working hard for you. Because you are his meal ticket. After my case I found out he did not do what's best for me. And caught him in a bunch of lies. Unfortunately I found out after my case was over. Nobody finds out about it because when your case is over it's over. I didn't think things just weren't right and checked up on some things and I was correct. FYI if you know you did not do what they are claiming do NOT take a plea deal even if they say it's best for you.

Martin Is A LIFE & CAREER Savior.nnHands Down, Hiring Martin will be one of my best decisions I will ever make. A Shoplifting Case which put my entire career on the line as I am not a U.S Citizen. With No hope I approached Martin if he can find a way to get me out of this. My case was already dismissed by then. He reviewed my case for free and told me what could be done and the options I have.
