I didnt expect a small airport to generate so much noise so i moved in closeish (not THAT close. Not even directly under any flight paths). The private jets are ridiculously loud, and a quick google search shows that noise complaints are a common problem with this airport in particular, with a magnitude more complaints than surrounding airports of similar size.nnIf you are thinking about living near here because you want nature and quiet, you may want to reconsider.

Flying Cloud is a great full service airport that's close to Minneapolis. Highly recommend the Inflight school!
