This will be a great review...nI emailed Merle Marshall Hangar Care on a Sunday morning when I discovered that my hangar door would not lift up. Within minutes I received a reply. Jens called me and said that he was headed out to my hangar. He reviewed the issue and stayed in constant contact with me about the repairs needed. He returned the next morning with parts and had it repaired by the middle of the day Monday. Excellent Service!
I purchased a hangar and found a broken hinge on the door, and a door latch with issues. Referred to Merle Marshall by airport manager. Merle and Jens showed up when agreed and set to tuning-up my door. Another hinge was found broken, both hinges and latch repaired and all hinges lubricated plus numerous adjustments, door now works great. Merle pointed out all the aspects of the door good and bad, and advised on things to watch for in the future. Highly recommended!
