The Elase location that I normally go to was closed due to a remodel and I needed some products. I called the number that was left on the door which ended up ringing the Draper location. Crystal assisted me and was instantly helpful! She helped me place my order and shipped it to me at no extra charge. They sadly were out of one of the products that I had requested due to back order, but she recommended a similar product and it has been just as good. Elase really is an amazing spa, at all their locations.
Love Elase! I called in on a Saturday and Karen was so amazing! Not only did she go the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of over the weekend she was friendly, supportive and so helpful! She provided the highest level of customer service!! I would definitely recommend Elase!
Elase has been just the best! I have always dreamed of doing laser. Well I finally saved up and bit the bullet. They have always made me feel so welcome and wanted. Great value and service. Love the fun people here. As a person of size, it is so wonderful to not feel like a bother or inconvenience. Thanks everyone!
It's no surprise that Elase continues to be voted Utah's best. I don't leave reviews often, but my experience with the Draper location has compelled me to take a moment to write about how wonderful their service and staff is, particularly one of their esthetic manager's, Britt. My skin has been problematic as of recent however, working with Britt has been a game changer. Her recommendations have improved the quality of my skin dramatically and I'm continuously impressed with her expertise. She is incredibly attentive, understanding, energetic, and most importantly, she doesn't pressure me to spend a small fortune every time, which makes me feel a sense of ease whenever I have a visit with her. Britt sets the tone on what superb customer service looks like. I encourage every one reading this to schedule a visit with her at the Draper location next time you plan on visiting Elase.
