I've been a member here for just over a year and I love it! Everyone, from staff to other members, is friendly and supportive. There's a good variety of equipment and it's all in good shape. I definitely plan on checking out the other locations as well.
I just started my experience at Strength and Beyond and wow It is amazing here! Fantastic people, fantastic equipment and fantastic gym! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a gym in the Van Buren area.
Best gym around. Great staff that treats members with respect and dignity. The owner is a kind man that will give you advice on workouts if you ask and will work out a price that fits your budget.
This business is not mask or social distancing compliant.
Owner is very professional. He took the time answer all my questions. Expect a different gym experience in the paw paw free weights room than you may be accustomed to. I'm used to deployment style tent gyms, so it doesn't bother me much.
