Purchased garage opener from big box retailer and had it installed through Door Doctor. Was worth the price of installation especially if you have never done this yourself. Installer was super friendly and took time to show us afterwards all the newer features on the opener. Would recommend them and call them again.

The spring on our 2-car garage door snapped on Monday night... it sounded like a car rammed into the door! I called on Tuesday morning, got the first available appointment for Wednesday, and a technician named Mike came out and replaced the spring and restrung the cables. He made it look so easy - he knew what he was doing! Very professional and the door even works a little better (smoother) than before! If (or when, lol) this happens to our other garage door, I'll for sure give Door Doctor another call!
I love my new garage door! It is gorgeous! I also was extremely pleased with the installation. Our technicians, Jason and Adam, arrived exactly on time. They were professional, knowledgeable and efficient.
