The keys arrived quickly. My only issue was they had a lot of burrs on them. Had to sand them a bit so they would not end up in my locks.
Didn't have to wait for a store associate to help me. Did it myself.
At the kiosk, we needed to create a duplicate key made. At first, trying to process a payment that wasn't a normal debit card had us waiting for about 7 minutes, and then we restarted. After that, we paid with a normal card, and it went much faster. The key was solid, and didn't take long to make.
I needed a duplicate key, not a standard house door size, it wasn't stocked at the kiosk so I had to order it. Shipping was quick, key works fine
I had a key that was hard to find. I was able to use the Kiosk have them made and mailed to me and they worked great. Love this!
