Robin Aire Service Company

Great company, honest, professional, good communication, and arrived on-time! Overheard one of the guys say he'd rather have the tech take twice as long and do it right, vs having to come back. That's all I needed to hear to know this is the company I'm sticking with. More details on the whole visit below.nnCalled the company and spoke with someone right away, and found their service was reasonably priced, with good reviews. Robin Aire called the day before the confirm the schedule, and then they called the morning of to inform me of the time they would arrive (right at the beginning of my window)! I can't tell you how nice this is, I've had contractors just show up early, or late, with no call and it's frustrating.nnOnce they arrived, I showed them where everything way, and asked some questions and let them work. They found an issue with my humidifier that I asked them to look at, and found it's an easy fix for me to do myself. They then spent 3hrs cleaning, tuning, and checking both the furnace and the AC, as well as a couple of things I wanted looked at briefly. I was a little surprised at the length, but found out things were quite dirty and hadn't been maintained as well from the previous owner. Plus being a flat rate, it wasn't costing me extra money. I overheard Don telling the tech Ian that he'd rather him spend twice as long and do it right, than do it poorly and have to come back!nnAfter the service was completed, very thoroughly I might add when I checked on the progress, they explained what they did, what they found, some items to keep in the back of my head going forward, and answered the questions I had. Really nice folks, and I know who I'm keeping on speed dial.

Wow! What can I say? Kristian and Brandon are extremely talented technicians, friendly and easy on the eyes! I will be glad to have them back in my home anytime day or night! They did an excellent job maintaining my unit. I was running late from work but they were still able to accommodate my schedule. Would highly recommend to all my family and friends!

We had our furnace and A/C unit installed by Robin Aire in February of 2020. They were able to accommodate us on very short notice. The work was done very well. They cleaned up the area and did a very thorough and neat install. Our inspector commented on now nice the install looked. We had a follow up furnace maintenance appointment one year later and John K. was also very courteous and professional. He answered all of my questions and we made plans to set up our A/C maintenance appointment as well. I have had a great experience with Robin Aire. Their customer service is always fantastic!

Kevin, Jake and Kyle from Robin Aire installed a new furnace and air conditioner at my condo today. They took great care in treating my home with respect while they worked. They worked hard for 8 hours straight.nThey were professional, pleasant and worked as a team which was refreshing to see.nWhen they were finished Kevin went over the paperwork, showed me both new units and explained thoroughly what I needed to know.nI have used Robin Aire for over 10 years for maintenance and have never had a bad experience.nI highly recommend Robin Aire.
