This lawyer is an absolute joke! He likes to take retainers and bill people but he doesn’t wanna work! He acts like he’s all interested in your case tell you pay him then he puts everything on the back Burner he constantly makes excuses as to why he hasn’t done anything with your case! Loves using personal excuses and sob stories as to why he hasn’t done a damn thing! Definitely do not recommend him!! TO ANYONE

Tyler is awesome!! He has helped both me and my wife!! Super nice, easy to talk to and makes sure to answer all of your questions to the best of his abilities before you leave his office!! He will work his hardest for the best possible outcome for you and your case. Best attorney, hands down!!

Tyler is great! I hired him and handed him a mess. I was in the middle of a nasty. Court battle and he was the third lawyer I hired. If I would've come to him in the first place I think it would've been a lot easier to prove my case. InreaI r hope I never need his services again but if I do I will definitely go to him first. If you need a lawyer call Tyler.

Great law firm. Ayers law specializes in DUI and also Drugs Charges defense. In March 2010 I was Charged with a DUI so completely bogus that the Driver License Division hearing declared that there was no probable cause for the arrest, so I kept my license and got the Admin fee back [but not the almost $300 tow & storage cost (arrested Fri. night, couldn't pay the Admin fee and get a vehicle release until DMV opened Mon.)] But I still had the criminal charge to deal with. In Utah, if you're arrested for anything to do with Drugs, Alcohol, or Sex, no matter how innocent you are you better hire a lawyer. The prosecution will do whatever they can, no matter how sleazy, to get a conviction, and they love people without lawyers. Sure enough, both urine and blood had come back no alcohol, no drugs, but the prosecutor had added an Obstruction Of Justice charge, a felony. Probably to scare me into pleading to the phony misdemeanor DUI. Although a different attorney handled a couple preliminary appearances, Tyler was there for the Driver License Division hearing and the trial. He demanded that the prosecutor explain and justify the Obstruction charge, and when he couldn't that charge was dropped. And the DUI was dismissed because there hadn't been any drugs or alcohol in my system. He had a flat fee for DUI cases, and given that most of them aren't as cut and dried as mine was, and often involve lab tests, witness statements, etc., his flat fee of $3K was not a lot. Because I'm a disabled vet with a limited fixed income he took my case for $1K down and let me pay the remaining $2K with however much I could afford each month, and didn't even charge me any interest. The final payment will be this Aug. 1, 2016. Not many lawyers will let anyone take 6 years and 5 months to pay off $2K. My license was never suspended, the DUI and the even more phony Obstruction charge both went out the window, and I was allowed to pay most of the fee as I could. I don't know how any lawyer could have helped more, and I know that most just plain wouldn't have.

We decided to use a different attorney. This guy is always in California and wanted to meet with us by phone. We want personal attention. We tried to make it work, but our patience wore out.
