Chris and his team at Mammoth won me over with the exemplary service and high quality work when I needed a new garage door in June 2020. I was so impressed with the door, I used Mammoth Construction for home improvement work in my home. I have nothing but good things to say about the communication from the office staff and Chris himself, and the quality of the work! I am a very satisfied customer. Great service! I like the text notification to let me know the service technician was on his way. Service technician was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He even inspected and lubricated a 2nd garage door while on-site . I also appreciated that the service technician showed up wearing a mask (covering both mouth and nose). Highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door repair.
Beyond quick response after my garage door spring broke the night before. I called the next morning at 7:10 am and talked to Brian. Asked him what time he could have a service technician out and he said 9:00 that same morning and Mike arrived at 8:30, done by 9:30. Very impressive and their quote was the lowest of the 3 companies I called. Highly recommend
I was able to get a same day appointment. A portion of the track of my garage door needed to be replaced. It was done within 15 min. This is my second time using Mammoth Door (the first was for different issue a few years ago) - the employees have been very friendly and professional. I'll definitely continue using their company.
My recent experience with Mammoth Door was great as usual. Brian came out and resolved the issue with the garage door very quickly. I have used Mammoth’s services at several properties over many years and always was very satisfied with their work. They are very customer focused and very nice people too!
