I've been a member at this gym for over 7 years now and my body has never been more transformed then when I started lifting weights here. I love the barbell movements and how each member can lift at their own pace. People of all ages can do Crossfit. Its such a great exercise that never gets boring...the reason why I've been doing it for so many years. Oh and I love coach Ryan. He's so passionate about really coaching well for all members.
Coaches work with each of us at our ability level. Always positive and encouraging. I'm a senior and love staying strong, even in this environment where some of us have transitioned to online for now.
This is my home away from home. The coaches are always striving to make it the best hour of our day. Excellent facility, always clean and updated equipment. The community is the best part of this gym.
I was a member at CFB for 5 years before moving out of town. It is a great place for coaching, instruction, community, fun and working out of course. Highly recommended. Tell Jordan and Hillary I said hello.
Today , I completed 4 weeks in CrossFit Bloomfield. Earlier I have no experience of Gym and CrossFit at all. It was all very new to me . I definitely see more strength, better body posture and most importantly change in the feeling from YOU CAN’T to YOU CAN. Thank you Jordan and Ryan.
