Are generator in it's testing mode after starting up it shut right off during the testing mode this was last Tuesday on the 5th and a code come up on it. We check the code in the book to want was wrong with it! My mom called the person who we bought the generator from he was post it let the guy from Hoffman Electric know about the problem with it which I won't say who the guy name is for Hoffman Electric. After my mom did finally get a hold of him he told my mom he would try to come out this evening today to fix it. We have been waiting for him all day and he hasn't showed up to fix it and hasn't called either. He wouldn't give my mom a sure time or day on the phone when she spoke to this person from Hoffman Electric. As her daughter I'm disappointed with the customer service from Hoffman Electric to come out to fix the problem which it's still not fixed and disappointed with him for not calling back in a timely manner and disappointed with him for when my mom did finally get a hold of him on not giving her a set time and day to come fix the problem. As her daughter this is not the way you treat your customer when there is a problem to fix with the customer generator. It will be going on 2 weeks after this Friday that are generator has been down and not working. I'm not happy not all with Hoffman Electric on taking care of their customers. We have had problems on getting them out before to fix the problems that we have had with are generator.
