WIFI thermostat needed a few programming adjustments to improve comfort levels in our home. Contact with Carrier tech support provided the Tech with the guidance needed to update the multiple parameters which resolved our concerns. Additionally, preventative maintenance was performed on the furnace and humidifier to bring them in compliance with expected operation.nnThe Tech did an outstanding job. Overall we are very pleased with the results.

My 87 year old mom lost her heat in the middle of the night. I called Neil Busby from Sun Heating and he sent out Jordan to help my mom right away. He didn't have the part so he personally went and bought one so he could fix my moms heat! Incredible customer service. I can't thank Neil, Jordan and their team more. THANK YOU!

John Long from Sun Heating arrived on time and listened to my explanation of what I was hearing the furnace doing. He accessed the problem and determined it was the motor. Mr Long was very professional and was able to replace the part in a timely manner. I was very pleased with the service I received. I was so impressed that I decided to schedule the installation of ac that I was putting off until next year. I called the office and received an appointment for the next day. Thank you Sun Heating.

Tech found manifold not feeding gas properly. Cleaned and reassembled. Working fine now. Great customer service
