I wound down my law practice and needed a place to keep old files. Shawn and Charlie were very accommodating, they put me in a unit that was the perfect size for my needs, they answered all of my questions and made the entire process seamless and stress free. Thank you!!
Just recently got a storage unit. Never gotten one before, not that that’s relevant or anything. But Shawn the lady who assigned me had superb customer service, also her social distancing protocol was on point. She put the health and safety of me and herself first and foremost, which I’ve been to many places who haven’t. I would most definitely recommend this public storage location.
I popped in a few days ago to purchase some boxes to ship to my child in Baltimore. Charles greeted me with a smile and helped my pick out the right boxes for the job. I just wanted to say thanks for all the help.
