Best place to workout at. Trainers are all top notch always helping you fix any problems you are having. They also will switch your routine to that will help you strengthen area's where you need help. Plus everyone I have worked out with is helpful and fun.
I have been coming to Fitness Revolution - Wixom for over a year, and it has been one of the best health and wellness choices I have made. I am challenged each day and the exercises are fun and varied. What makes the workouts especially rewarding are the relationships. Both the trainers and the clients enjoy working together in a supportive atmosphere. While we are working hard, there are always a few laughs that help us get through the toughest parts. Come on out and join us for a workout. For the first two or three weeks, I left exhausted, but the trainers kept me inspired and adjusted my workout to my ability level while challenging me to get better.
I have lots of experience working with trainers and different workout regimes. It has only been with Fitness Revolution in Wixom that I have seen results in such a short amount of time, both in body changes and developing strength. I am beyond pleased with the results!
