I'm so blessed to have found them. I love the simplicity of this place. Has such a beautiful aura about it. This is not like other yoga centers where people are trying to market their packages. Everything about them is so genuine. i have taken classes with Instructor Emily & Sheri and they are so wonderful. So much warmth, love & genuineness. Summer classes are held in the lake-shore park beneath the tress, and rest of the year its in a church.
These classes are wonderful! All of the instructors are very kind and experienced. They have helped me improve my form so I get so much more out of my practice. I have been doing yoga for over six years and after taking classes at PureFit I feel like I'm making strides in a way I never have before. They also do a great job of coming up with new classes so we aren't just doing the same thing every time. I had never tried Pilates before but now I'm a fan because of how much it has helped me tone up. I have noticed big changes in my body and I look forward every class.
Was a member a year ago or so, left the area, now back and it seems I never skipped a beat! Love this place, awesome instructors, been to other places and this one is simply the very best, and it is very reasonable, and you get to practice at walled lake in the warmer months!! Bonus! ❤
Really liked Emily's instruction, the class has a great pace and she teaches really good form. My abs were feeling it the next day which is exactly what I needed! Great value too!
Wonderful & experienced instructors, welcoming environment, calming experience when I leave the class. Would definitely recommend.
