After a freak boating accident on a friend's boat, I hired Mr. Pearce to represent me once the insurance company reps became rude and contentious. Mr. Pearce was empathetic, ethical and persistent. His fee, taken from my eventual settlement, was fair, based on standard contractual guidelines. The generous settlement more than paid for my surgery and subsequent physical therapy.
